Spatchcock Chicken

Our British Grade A Spatchcock Chickens are great if you want a roast in a hurry or if you are planning a family BBQ. We have put on a couple of our favourite flavours but we have more in store if you are planning a visit.

Tip: If you tend to use the BBQ for cooking these beauties then grab a brick or paving slab and wrap it in foil. Place on the chicken while cooking and it will force it onto the grill for you...beware to use oven gloves...!

Our Chickens are from Norfolk generally but sometimes from Devon and are all looked after with the highest welfare and animal husbandry.
